Fish is the easiest thing in the world to cook. You can cook fish
by deep frying, pan frying, baking, broiling, steaming, smoking, or
grilling. You cannot screw up fish! Fish cooks very fast! When it
is done you will see that it pulls apart and flakes. To check that
it is done cut into the thickest part and look making sure that there
is no opaque color or jelly texture left. If there is, put it back
in for another minute. Do not overcook fish as it will become dry
and tasteless. Also remember any fish recipe can be used or swapped
for any fish you choose. Also any seasonings or herbs can be switched
to accommodate your personal taste. It's all up to you! Here are some
